Do I receive a bill from Symphony Communications or from my carriers?
To simplify the payment process, carriers will bill you directly for their services. You will never make any payments to Symphony — either for your phone services or for or for our telecommunication consultation.

How does Symphony Communications get paid?
As we mentioned before, you will never make any payments to Symphony — either for your phone services or for or for our telecommunication consultation. We work on your behalf to get you the best pricing and service available through our wide network of carriers and service providers. In the end, Symphony gets paid directly by these vendors.

If I have a dispute on my bill or with a carrier, who do I call?
Symphony always recommends calling your carrier immediately, but remember, we are here for you as your advocate. If you feel you are not getting results with your carrier, contact your Symphony Sales Agent or our Support Center for additional help.

What exactly is a "T-1" line?
A T-1 line is a digital transmission link with a capacity of 1.544 Mbps (1,544,000 bits per second). T1 lines use copper wire and span distances within and between major metropolitan areas.

How do I become a Symphony Communications Agent?
We welcome the opportunity to talk to interested individuals about becoming a Symphony Communications Agent Partner. Simply call or email our main office to discuss this opportunity. If we are in agreement that this is a good fit forboth parties, an agent agreement will then be sent to you for review and signature. Does Symphony Communications have a direct sales force?
Yes, Symphony has several direct sales agents representing our company, but mostly, we are represented by a network of independent telecom agents.

Does Symphony Communications have their own network?
No, we are not a carrier. Symphony is a communications consulting firm that offers price and service solutions to our clients by utilizing the networks of major carriers for all local, long distance and data services.

Does Symphony have an on-line system for tracking orders, customer history, etc?
A corporate online tracking system is in development, but for now, agents can view and track their accounts online through the our main carriers' individual tracking systems.

Where can I sell Symphony products and services?
Symphony's long distance, data, and enhanced services are available to customers throughout the U.S. (except for Alaska and Hawaii).
